Kiarong: The Tadarus Ceremony held at mosques, suraus, and religious halls nationwide in conjunction with Ramadhan this year, concluded with the Tadarus Al-Qur'an Closing Ceremony. This event took place at Jame' 'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah, Kiarong, on the night of March 18th.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, led by Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Awang Haji Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Awang Haji Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs. This was followed by a session of Tadabbur Al-Qur'an. The Tadarus Al-Qur'an Closing Ceremony for Mosques, Suraus, and Religious Halls Nationwide was organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Mosque Affairs Department, Islamic Studies Department, Syariah Affairs Department, and Haj Management Department. This event was in collaboration with the Jame' 'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Takmir Committee and Radio Television Brunei.
