Yang Amat Berhormat Tun Dato Laila Utama Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, the Prime Minister of Malaysia and wife, Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun Datin Dr. Siti Hasmah binti Mohd Ali; and delegation left Bandar Seri Begawan earlier this evening after concluding a two-day official visit to the country.
Prior to boarding the special aircraft, Yang Amat Berhormat the Prime Minister of Malaysia proceeded to walk past a Static Guard mounted by members of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
Present at Brunei International Airport to bid farewell were Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Second Minister of Finance, as the Minister-in-Attendance, and Datin; Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd. Yusof, Second Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Datin; His Excellency Dato Paduka Haji Alaihuddin bin Pehin Orang Kaya DiGadong Seri Lela Dato Seri Utama Haji Mohd. Taha, High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to Malaysia, dan Datin; Major General Pengiran Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, and Datin, as well as Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Haji Irwan bin Haji Hambali, Deputy Commissioner of the Royal Brunei Police Force, and Datin. Also present was Mrs. Rafedah binti Abd. Aziz, Charge d'Affaires, who is also Minister Counsellor, High Commission of Malaysia to Brunei Darussalam.
