A local man was sentenced to a fine amounting $23,810 or 13 months imprisonment in default after pleading guilty to charges under the Excise Order 2006. KHALID BIN IBRAHIM, 24 years old, was found guilty for possessing 22 cartons, 56 packets and 34 sticks of cigarettes of various brands as well as cash amounting to $158.
