Kampong bukit panggal: A Dikir Maulud Ceremony was organised by the delegation from the Ministry of Home Affairs and its departments at the Ar-Rahim Mosque in Kampong Bukit Panggal, Tutong District. Awang Haji Ahmad Nizam bin Dato Paduka Haji Ismail, the Deputy Permanent Secretary for Law at the Ministry of Home Affairs, was present at the event.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony aimed to encourage the ministry personnel to continue the practice of reciting selawat and praises upon the Prophet. The event highlighted the ministry's commitment to fostering spiritual and religious practices among its staff.
