Kuala belait: A Dikir and Doa Selamat ceremony was held at the Suri Seri Begawan Hospital in Kuala Belait, where 150 boys aged 5 to 12 are set to undergo circumcision during the upcoming final school term holidays. The event was organised by the hospital’s Out Patient Surgical Clinic and Podiatry Unit.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony took place on the afternoon of November 13th and was attended by Awang Mohd Alikhan bin Haji Mohd Yakop, the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the hospital. The purpose of the ceremony was to provide appreciation and encouragement to the young participants and to pray for a smooth circumcision process.
