Bandar Seri Begawan: The Islamic Da'wah Centre, in collaboration with the Brunei Darussalam New Converts Association, has initiated the Fathul Barakah 6.0 Project in conjunction with the arrival of Ramadhan. Launched on the morning of 8th February, the project aims to provide opportunities for the public to contribute infaq jariah, or alms, in the form of staple food to support Asnaf Muallaf in need.
According to Radio Television Brunei, a drive-thru donation event for the Brunei Muara District will be conducted until 9th February. The event will take place from 8:30 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon at the Islamic Da'wah Centre Kampung Pulaie. In the Tutong, Belait, and Temburong Districts, similar donation events will be held for two days starting Monday, 10th February. These will occur from 8:30 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon at the Da'wah Unit Offices in the respective districts.
