The Get-Together Ceremony with Citizens and Residents in the Temburong District in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 76th Birthday Celebration will take place on Tuesday, the 19th of July. Various preparations were carried out to enliven the event.
A special performance themed ‘Raja Untuk Rakyat dan Rakyat Untuk Raja’ will involve more than 500 participants comprising of Secondary School Students, Arabic School, Temburong Youth Volunteers and the Royal Brunei Police Force Band.
Meanwhile, Awang Haji Awang Sulaiman bin Haji Nasir, Acting Penghulu Mukim Zone 1 as the Chairman of The Get-Together Ceremony explained several exhibitions and performances will be held.
Several school children expressed their joy and excitement for being involved in this year’s special performance.
