Bandar Seri Begawan: Hibiscus EP Brunei B.V. has successfully signed a long-term financing facilities agreement valued at $100 million with Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) and Baiduri Bank. The ceremony marking this significant financial milestone took place at a local restaurant on the evening of April 16th.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the signing event was graced by the presence of Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy. The agreement was formalized by Dr. Kenneth Gerard Pereira, Managing Director of Hibiscus Petroleum. Representing BIBD was its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Awang Junaidi bin Haji Masri, while Baiduri Bank's Chief Executive Officer, Ti Eng Hui, signed on behalf of Baiduri Bank.
