His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Visit the Royal Regalia Museum

His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong the 16th of Malaysia, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah and Her Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong, Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah binti Al-Marhum Al-Mutawakkil Alallah Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj visited the Royal Regalia Museum, Museums Department in the capital. Also present as Royals-in-attendance were Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and, Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz.

Their Majesties were greeted by Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Minister of Culture Youth and Sports and wife; Datin Paduka Dr Hajah Norlila binti Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Jalil, Permanent Secretary for Management Strategy and Policy, Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports; and Doctor Siti Norkhalbi binti Hj Wahsalfelah, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Culture, Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports.

Also present accompanying their Majesties were Yang Amat Mulia Tengku Puteri Raja Tengku Puteri Afzan Aminah Hafizatullah binti Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Yang Amat Mulia Tengku Puteri Raja Tengku Puteri Jihan Azizah 'Athiyatullah binti Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.

His Majesty the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong the 16th of Malaysia and Her Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong were briefed on the history of the Royal Regalia Museum and the royal regalia which displayed the diverse creativity of Malay handicraft in Brunei Darussalam. Their Majesties then visited the Royal Gallery Exhibition showcasing the history of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam before His Majesty was crowned as the 29th Sultan of Brunei Darussalam.

Before ending the visit, Their Majesties signed the commemorative parchment and received pesambah presented by the Minister of Culture Youth and Sports. Also present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Kerna Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Awang Abu Bakar Bin Haji Apong, Minister of Home Affairs as Minister-in-attendance.
