The Minister of Justice has approved the regulations of the Committee for the Prevention and Suppression of Torture. He asked the agencies to adhere to the same standards.

This regulation specifies details of guidelines for compliance with Section 22 and Section 23 for agencies to act in the same direction, such as principles for recording images and sounds while capturing and controlling. Duties of government officials responsible for recording images and sound, storage, storage period and the prohibition on altering and changing audio-visual recordings. Notification of detention to prosecutors and administrative officials Preparing records of information about detainees (Form P.P.1), checking notifications of detention, etc.
