Bandar seri begawan: The Employees Trust Fund, TAP, successfully concluded the ‘Lakastah Bersedia’ Programme at Dewan Al-‘Afiah, Ministry of Health, aiming to promote the importance of early retirement preparation. The two-day event, which ended on 31st July 2025, was attended by 30 officers and staff members from the Ministry of Health.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme was a comprehensive retirement planning initiative specifically designed for individuals expected to retire within the next 10 to 15 years. It emphasized the need for participants to identify their retirement income goals, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to plan effectively for their future financial stability.
The ‘Lakastah Bersedia’ Programme is part of TAP’s ongoing efforts to ensure that individuals are well-prepared for retirement, understanding the critical aspects of financial planning and management in their post-employment years.
