Bandar seri begawan: The Holistic Exceptional Learning Programme, known as hELP, aims to enhance inclusive education by offering tailored guidance, fostering creative expression, and promoting inclusive practices. The initiative was introduced by Seri Mulia Sarjana International School in partnership with Projek Impian.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme's launch was officiated by Pengiran Doctor Mohammad Iskandar bin Pengiran Haji Petra, Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary for Policy and Corporate at the Ministry of Education. During the event, Rhoda Caronan, Head of the Student Support Unit and Lead Teacher of hELP, highlighted the critical need for maintaining close contact with students and ensuring that resources are available to assist in the development of students' motor and academic skills.
