Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Education has launched the B.E.S.T or Help, Empathy, Love, Responsibility Programme to improve students’ understanding and knowledge with a focus on self-control and the dangers of bullying. Themed ‘Smart Screens: Learning Ways to Stay Safe in the Digital Era’, the programme was inaugurated at OneCity Shopping Centre on the afternoon of November 6th.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was officiated by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Mohd. Salleh, Minister of Education. The launch coincided with the unveiling of the Book of Rules and Discipline Guidelines for Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Colleges, Sixth Form Centres, and Government Hostels for the year 2025.
The ceremony also featured the presentation of certificates to the agencies involved in the book’s production, along with certificates and tokens of appreciation to the B.E.S.T. Forum’s panel members and moderator.
