Ministry of Religious Affairs Highlights Success of Religious Education Policy

Kuala belait: The implementation of the religious education policy has been highlighted as a success in producing a generation that not only understands religion but also practices it in daily life, supporting a monarchical system that is just and sovereign. This was emphasized by the Minister of Religious Affairs during the Ministry of Religious Affairs Dialogue Session with Grassroots Leaders and Stakeholders in the Belait District. The minister’s message was conveyed by Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs. The session took place on the morning of 28th July at Dewan Persidangan, Kuala Belait.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the dialogue session serves as a crucial platform to enhance communication and bilateral strategic cooperation networks between the government and grassroots leaders and stakeholders. It is also a vital forum for addressing community needs and refining issues related to religious services, with the aim of improving the quality of service delivery comprehensively and sustainably. The session was also attended by Yang Berhormat Awang Mohamad bin Abdullah@Lim Swee Ann, a Member of the Legislative Council.
