Bandar Seri Begawan: The first revelation, which began with the call of Iqra, meaning "Read," was emphasized as the earliest blessing bestowed by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala upon His servants during the 180th Munajat Night organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This central theme was part of a tazkirah or short talk that took place during the event.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the talk was conducted virtually from the Kampung Perpindahan Mata-Mata Mosque. Awang Haji Mohammad Romeezy @ Abdul Qayyum bin Haji Metussin, a Senior Education Officer at the MABIMS Centre for Al-Qur'an Studies and Dissemination under the Ministry of Religious Affairs, led the reading of Sayyidul Istighfar and Surah Al-Fatihah. The programme further included the reading of Surah As-Sajdah, doa munajat, and the recitation of zikir.
The event saw participation from students and academic staff of the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Institute. Additionally, Takmir committee members and congregants from several mosques, including suraus and prayer halls throughout the country, joined the programme, reflecting a nationwide engagement in the spiritual gathering.
