The Ministry of Home Affairs remains committed in implementing various reforms and improvements and there are several planned projects that have been completed, while others are still in the process of construction or preparation, including projects under the National Development Plan. The matter was stated by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs while chairing the Muzakarah Session of the Ministry of Home Affairs with Members of the Legislative Council. The session was held this afternoon at the Ministry of Home Affairs. Yang Berhormat the Minister of Home Affairs said the efforts and initiatives implemented by the Ministry and the 12 departments under it are aligned with the three Aspirations in the Ministry's Strategic Plan. The aspirations aim to uphold the ministry's vision which is Together Maintaining a Peaceful, Prosperous and Dynamic Brunei Darussalam. Its focus include the strengthening of infrastructure, policy and security strategy. Through the session, Members of the Legislative Council took note of the initiatives that have been and are being implemented as well as the strategic plans of the Ministry and the Departments under it. The session was hoped to find relevant solutions, in accordance with the passage of time in order to create a more comprehensive and inclusive strategy which is in line with Wawasan Brunei 2035.
