Bandar Seri Begawan: The preliminary round of the National Youth Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran 1446 Hijrah/2025 resumed on 15th May 2025, with 30 participants presenting their reading at the Youth Centre in the capital.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the Musabaqah is one of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports' annual projects, managed by the Youth and Sports Department since 1980. It acts as a platform for qari and qariah to showcase their capabilities and performance in melodic Al-Qur'an reading.
