Bandar Seri Begawan: Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) hosted the Nurses and Midwives Retreat Day to mark International Nursing and Midwifery Day and the university's 40th anniversary. The event, titled "Cultivating Self-Care, Resilience, and Team Spirit," took place on the morning of May 13 and was part of the Nursing and Midwifery program of the Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Institute of Health Sciences.
According to Radio Television Brunei, over 200 participants attended the retreat, including student nurses, midwives, and professionals from various institutions and healthcare sectors. The event featured a sharing session and team-building exercises. The retreat aimed to empower nurses and midwives to sustain compassionate care throughout their professional journey.
