Bandar seri begawan: The Department of Islamic Studies, JPI, recently hosted the Contests Prize Presentation Ceremony, honoring 208 students from Arabic and religious schools for their success in various co-curricular competitions held throughout the year. The event took place at the Dewan Majlis Building.
According to Radio Television Brunei, prizes were awarded by Yang Berhormat Dayang Hajah Safiah binti Sheikh Haji Abd Salam, a Member of the Legislative Council. The competitions consisted of 12 contests, with six designed for Arabic school students and six for religious school students. This annual activity by the Co-Curriculum Division of JPI aims to recognize student achievements and incentivize further excellence in education and co-curricular activities, fostering a generation that is knowledgeable, morally upright, and competitive.
