His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah emphasises the need to ensure the PKBN alumni are always involved in community services and join fieldwork at any time as an obligation. In this respect, His Majesty reminds that the aim of the PKBN is to produce youths who are willing to enter the arena and work together with the community.
His Majesty delivered the titah during the 9th National Service Program, PKBN Intake Passing Out Parade Ceremony at the PKBN Training Camp in Batu Apoi, Temburong yesterday morning. In the titah, His Majesty says His Majesty has been informed that to date more than 65 percent of PKBN graduates have gained employment or continued their studies. This according to the Monarch, shows the program's ability to shape youths as useful and high quality human resource.
