Tutong: In a thrilling conclusion to the 4th Veterans' 9-a-side Football Championship, the PSJD Satu team emerged victorious, securing the champion's title. The championship took place at the Tutong Sports Complex Field, where 10 teams competed for the coveted prize.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the final match saw PSJD Satu defeat Mumtaz Veteran with a score of 1-NIL, thanks to a decisive goal by Mohd Khairul Azman bin Abdullah. The competition also recognized individual talents, with Mohd Khairul Azman taking the Top Scorer award, while Shahrin bin Momin from Mumtaz Veteran FT was honored as the Best Player. The Best Goalkeeper accolade went to Alizanda bin Sitom from PSJD. The third place was shared by Gemilang Veteran GV and PSJD Dua.
The event concluded with a prize-giving ceremony, where Awang Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer, presented the awards to the winners.
