Bandar Seri Begawan: The Sacrificial Rites Ceremony was conducted by various parties in the country to express gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala for the blessings received and to enhance faith and piety. On the morning of June 9th, nine buffaloes were sacrificed as part of the Korban Ceremony organized by the Wargamas Association, held at the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, the Minister of Religious Affairs, was present to distribute the meats. The event aimed to strengthen the ummah’s connection to Allah Subhanahuwataala and follow the example set by Prophet Ibrahim Alaihisalam.
