The Road Safety Council held the mass Sunat Hajat prayer and Ratib Al Attas to seek blessings and protection from Allah Subahanahu Wataala, to save road users in the country from undesirable incidents. More than 300 individuals attended the religious talk which took place yesterday afternoon at the Sultan Sharif Ali mosque in Sengkurong.
In attendance was Awang Haji Hairul Mohammad Daud bin Haji Abdul Karim, the Acting Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications. The ceremony commenced with mass sunat hajat and fardu asar prayers led by Awang Haji Mohammad Zaidin bin Haji Mohammad Noor, the Sultan Sharif Ali Mosque Affairs Officer. The ceremony coincided with a mass reading of Ratib Al-Attas.
