Bandar seri begawan: In conjunction with Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College (KUPU SB)'s 15th Convocation Ceremony, a reading of Surah Yasin and Tahlil was held to honor the late Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit, and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim. The ceremony took place at the Royal Mausoleum on the afternoon of October 1st.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the delegation for the Tahlil ceremony was led by Associate Professor Doctor Abdul Nasir bin Haji Abdul Rani, Ra'es of KUPU SB. This event precedes KUPU SB's 15th Convocation Ceremony, which is scheduled to be held on October 16th at the Chancellor Hall, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
