Tutong: To further glorify the Maulidur Rasul Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam and in conjunction with International Recovery Day, the Narcotics Control Bureau, in cooperation with the Prisons Department, held a talk on drug rehabilitation. Sponsored by Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, the event took place at Ar-Rahim Mosque, Kampung Bukit Panggal, in the Tutong District.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the talk, titled 'Sinar Menuju Pemulihan,' emphasized issues related to drug rehabilitation. The event was graced by the presence of Dayang Nor Hamidah binti Haji Hamidon, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Security and Welfare at the Ministry of Home Affairs. Also in attendance were Pengiran Saiful Rizal bin Pengiran Putera Negara Pengiran Haji Omar, Acting Director of the Narcotics Control Bureau, and Awang Bahrin bin Haji Mohammad Yassin, Acting Director of the Prisons Department.
