Bandar seri begawan: The middle lane at Jalan Utama Berakas, heading toward Brunei International Airport, will undergo a temporary closure starting on 12th August 2025. The closure is scheduled to occur between 9 PM and 5 AM as part of ongoing road repair work.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the Public Works Department has announced that this closure will last until the 31st of August. In addition, maintenance work on half of the road at Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah highway will continue until the 10th of September.
Road users are urged to exercise caution and to adhere to traffic signs and speed limits during these periods to ensure safety and minimize disruptions.
