The Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army visited the area to monitor the situation and provide assistance to flood victims in Phrae Province, giving encouragement to the officers working and distributing food and necessities.
Lt. Gen. Anupap Sirimondol, spokesman for the Royal Thai Army, revealed that the continuous heavy rain, especially in the northern region, has caused severe flooding, flash floods, and mudslides, causing hardship for people in many provinces. The army units in the area have supported provincial government agencies in helping people evacuate their belongings, building water barriers, and distributing relief bags. They have also provided royal kitchen vehicles to provide services since the beginning of the situation.

ernor of Phrae Province, Lieutenant General Prasan Saengsirirak, Commander of the 3rd Army Region, and the Commander of the 35th Military Circle welcomed them and provided information on the situation. Currently, there is still moderate rainfall in Phrae Province. There are areas affected by flooding in 5 districts, 25 sub-districts, and 99 villages. We must continue to monitor the overflowing of the banks in areas along both sides of the Yom River in Sung Men, Den Chai, Long, and Wang Chin Districts.
Then, the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army and his team traveled to inspect the Royal Kitchen at the Cultural Square, Phrae Provincial Administrative Organization, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province, which was established by the Royal Volunteer Center, 35th Infantry Division, and brought a field kitchen vehicle to prepare cooked food to distribute to the people affected by the flood.
