The representatives underscored that achieving the objectives of Wawasan Brunei 2035 requires full commitment through the Whole of Government and Whole of Nation approaches, based on three strategic blueprints. A key focus is prioritizing the involvement of village residents and efforts to explore export markets, thereby elevating local products to regional and international scales.

The integrity and accountability of civil servants were also emphasized as crucial for ensuring quality public service delivery that aligns with the needs of the populace. Moreover, the importance of balanced rural development was highlighted as a means to reduce the rural-urban gap and ensure the nationwide distribution of developmental benefits.
