The Public Sector Performance Grading Programme, 3 P.S.A is the Prime Minister's Office's continuous initiative specifically the Management Service Department to evaluate the quality and performance of the public service. One of the department that has undergone the Public Sector Performance Grading through star rating and received three stars during the Civil Service Day yesterday was the Public Service Commission, Prime Minister's Office. The Secretary of Public Service Commission explained several aspects that were evaluated in recognition of 3 stars including strategic plan, human resources, implemented projects, implementation policies and customer service.
Meanwhile, values in Public Service Code of Conduct and Ethics should always be strengthen and preserved to ensure the effectiveness of administration in every level of organisation. This was among shared by the Excellent Civil Service employee Award and Civil Service Staff Meritorious and Dedication Award recipients in conjunction with the 26th Civil Service Day.
