Muslims in the country continue to enhance their ibadah or act or worship during the last days of Ramadhan. The reading of Al-Quran, Sunat Tarawikh prayer, Tahajud Prayer, Wirid, Witir, Zikir, Selawat, Istighfar and Sadaqah or almsgiving are among the common religious practices during the holy month.
The Mass Sunnat Tarawih Prayer are held at private residences as the effort to curb the spread of COVID-19. During this month of forgiveness, Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala grant the Ummah of Prophet Muhammad, the night of Lailatul Qadar or the Night of Decree. The search for Lailatul Qadar during the last 10 days of Ramadhan is not over and Muslims are urged to increased religious acts towards Allah Subhanahu Wataala.
During the last days of Ramadhan, Allah the Almighty offered his blessings, mercy and forgiveness to his servants who focus on their ibadah and seeking for his blessings.
Apart from that, the muslims in the country also increase their almsgiving during Ramadhan Mubarak. Almsgiving is an act of virtue that can train one’s heart to be merciful and to stop being selfish as well as to spend their money towards Allah.
