Reporters reported that after the Election Commission (EC) announced the certification of the senators, it was reported that the Office of the Senate Secretariat held a meeting after preparing a place to accommodate the new senators to report themselves earlier. It was concluded that the new senators would be allowed to report themselves on July 11, 12, and 15, 2024 during office hours to receive their senator ID cards, documents, and manuals for performing senator duties. After that, a letter will be issued to convene the first Senate meeting so that members can take the oath before taking office, before the agenda for selecting the Senate President and Vice President.
