Kampong ayer: The Voting and Selection of the Village Head Candidate for Zone 4, Kampong Ayer, which encompasses Kampung Bolkiah ‘A’ and ‘B’, took place at the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque area on the morning of 23rd November.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by Pengiran Muhammad Ameer Mubaarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, the Acting Brunei Muara District Officer, and Yang Berhormat Awang Amran bin Haji Maidin, a Member of the Legislative Council. The sole candidate vying for the position is Awang Muhammad Najib bin Awang Abdullah, aged 35.
