Women’s Assembly and Maulidur Rasul Celebration Held Across Three Districts

Bandar seri begawan: The Women’s Assembly, in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul Celebration, took place across three districts, drawing participation from government and non-government officials, women’s associations, and the women’s bureau of Mukim and Village Consultative Councils. The event featured Special Talks and garnered significant attendance in each district.

According to Radio Television Brunei, in the Belait District, the ceremony was held at the Kuala Belait Conference Hall, drawing around six hundred Muslimah. Among the attendees was Datin Dayang Fadzlin binti Haji Hashim, the wife of the Minister of Development.

In the Tutong District, the assembly occurred at the hall of Mahad Islam Brunei, with approximately five hundred people in attendance. The event was graced by Datin Paduka Doctor Hajah Dayang Norlila binti Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Jalil, the wife of the Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism.

A similar event took place in the Temburong District at the Civic Centre Complex in Bangar Town. Datin Dayang Hajah Mahayon binti Haji Mohd Taha, the wife of the Minister of Transport and Info-Communications, was present, contributing to the success of the assembly.
