According to Radio Television Brunei, the gathering aimed to shape a generation of youth who are resilient, visionary, and ready to lead the future. Haji Junaidi bin Haji Hussin, the Chief Scouts Commissioner, was present at this strategic event. It provided a platform for attendees to strengthen professional ties, expand collaborative networks, and share ideas and experiences in a relaxed setting.
Organised by the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association, the dinner reception took place at the Mangrove Paradise Resort. The event underscored the commitment of the delegates to work together in joint efforts to enhance the capabilities and reach of scouting organizations across the Asia-Pacific region.
