Bandar seri begawan: The Da’wah Seminar and Exhibition throughout 40 Years of the Islamic Da’wah Centre marks a historic moment for a Dusun woman when she recited the Islamic oath. It took place at Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, 17th September afternoon.
According to Radio Television Brunei, among those present at the ceremony was Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan, the Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs. The ceremony was a significant event for 30-year-old Dayang Rosnah binti Yusof, who embraced Islam and is now known as Dayang Hanin Harishah binti Abdullah Yusof.
