Makkah: Health briefing and review sessions are being conducted at various hotels in preparation for the culmination of Haj, particularly for the pilgrims currently in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. These sessions are focused on ensuring the well-being of the pilgrims as they prepare for the significant rituals ahead.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the health briefing was led by Doctor Mohammad Abdul Hafidz bin Haji Yakob, who serves as the Assistant Head of Haj Medical. The briefing emphasized self-care during the hot weather conditions prevalent in the region. Key points included the importance of staying hydrated and adopting measures to avoid fatigue, which are crucial for the pilgrims’ health and safety during the pilgrimage.
Following the health briefing, haj review sessions took place, which covered important practices that pilgrims are expected to observe ahead of the Wukuf in Arafah. These sessions aim to prepare the pilgrims both physically and spiritually for the pivotal events of the Haj pilgrimage.
