Bandar Seri Begawan: SEAMEO VOCTECH and the Colombo Plan Staff College, CPSC have launched a pioneering training programme to address the growing need for T-VET systems to produce not just skilled workers, but also entrepreneurs capable of adapting to rapidly evolving technological landscapes. The programme, called ‘Integrating Entrepreneurship and Technopreneurship into the T-VET Curriculum,’ was launched this morning at SEAMEO VOCTECH, reflecting the centre’s commitment to advancing vocational education excellence across the Asia-Pacific region through international cooperation and capacity building.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme was inaugurated by Awang Haji Norjemee Jenek, Director of SEAMEO VOC-TECH. The initiative brings together 31 senior officials from 11 SEAMEO member countries, along with participants from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Fiji, India, the Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. The training comprises a three-day online workshop, followed by a five-day on-site session.
