Gadong: A 15-member delegation from the Republic of Korea, participating in the ten-day Brunei Darussalam-Republic of Korea Youth Exchange Programme starting 24th of June, was feted at a Farewell Lunch. Organised by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, the event took place at a hotel in Gadong.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by Awang Aliuddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, along with His Excellency Sun Nahmkook, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Brunei Darussalam. The lunch featured a video screening and a cultural performance by the Republic of Korea delegation. Additionally, certificates and souvenirs were presented to the participants.
The Youth Exchange Programme between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Korea aims to foster friendship and camaraderie through healthy interaction, providing an opportunity for participants to share and exchange views and experiences.
