Berakas: The Ministry of Development (MOD) secured a spot in the quarter-finals after a convincing 4-NIL victory against the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in the final Group C match at the Track and Field, Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex, Berakas, 27th August afternoon.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the Ministry of Development broke the deadlock in the 55th minute with the opening goal, followed quickly by a second goal in the 57th minute. The third goal came during injury time via a penalty kick, and the fourth and final goal was scored just two minutes later, sealing a 4-NIL win for the Ministry of Development.
