Putrajaya: Two officials from the Ministry of Religious Affairs represented the country at the MABIMS Da’wah Volunteer Assembly, HISDAM 2025, held over three days at The Everly Hotel in Putrajaya, Malaysia. The assembly also included participation from two mosque youths from the Nationwide Mosque Youth Group under the Youth Affairs Division of the Mosque Affairs Department.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Awang Ahmad Muzhafar bin Haji Morsidi, an invited speaker at the assembly, delivered a talk titled ‘Modul Bina Sahsiah Islami untuk Sukarelawan Belia MABIMS’. The Ministry of Religious Affairs’ involvement in HISDAM 2025 is intended to reinforce the country’s commitment to enhancing the role of youth da’wah volunteers within the region. The assembly serves as a strategic platform for exchanging experiences and bolstering regional cooperation to uphold Islamic teachings.

The participation also supports the crucial role of the Brunei MABIMS Secretariat as a liaison and coordinator of initiatives under the MABIMS regional youth collaboration framework.
