Multaqa Da’ie Initiative Broadens Horizons for Islamic Scholars

Pulaie: The Multaqa Da'ie, an initiative by the Islamic Da'wah Centre, serves as a vital platform for da'ies to enhance their knowledge, foster dynamic thinking, and exchange experiences with both local and international academic figures and scholars. The Islamic Da'wah Centre, through its Da'wah Dissemination Division, recently hosted a session with Professor Dr. Sharifah Hayaati binti Syed Ismail at its premises in Pulaie.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was graced by the presence of Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan, Minister of Religious Affairs. The session attracted 140 officers and da'ies from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and other related departments, along with invited officers and da'ies. A talk titled 'Baldatun Thaiyibah dan Kesejahteraan Ummah: Peranan Para Da'ie' was also part of the event, focusing on the concept of 'Baldatun Thaiyibah' and the well-being of the ummah. The discussion revolved around three main principles of relationships and their connection to mental health, in addition to outlining the da'wah approach, preparation, and manners essential for a da'ie.
