Bandar seri begawan: The Presentation of Badge Ceremony for the Augmentation Interim Observer Team (IOT) to Cambodia was held at Bolkiah Garrison on the afternoon of 16th September.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was officiated by Colonel Pengiran Rumaizi bin Pengiran Othman, the Joint Force Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). The badge was presented to Major Udara Pengiran Abdul Azim bin Pengiran Idris, who is RBAF’s representative to the Augmentation IOT. This team is led by Malaysia with participation from other ASEAN countries, working towards ensuring the effectiveness of the existing ceasefire agreement between Thailand and Cambodia.
