Bandar seri begawan: In conjunction with the 32nd Civil Service Day, the Prime Minister's Office organized a Tahlil Ceremony at the Royal Mausoleum. The ceremony was held in memory of Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien; Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the event saw the presence of Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, who is the Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and the Second Minister of Defence. The ceremony took place on the afternoon of September 25th, at the Royal Mausoleum in Bandar Seri Begawan.
