Bandar Seri Begawan: Half of the road along the Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Bridge, heading towards Temburong District, will experience a temporary closure starting on the 8th of May. This closure will remain in effect until the completion of cleaning works.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the partial road closure is necessary to facilitate cleaning operations on the 'PARAPET' fence wall along the bridge. The Public Works Department has announced that a diversion route will be provided for motorists.
Bridge users are advised to exercise caution, adhere to road signs, and comply with speed limits during this period to ensure safety and minimize disruptions.
