Berakas: 24 booths featuring Thai vendors and authorized distributors of Thai products in Brunei Darussalam, along with manufacturers from Thailand, are participating in the Thailand Grand Fair. Organized by the Royal Thai Embassy in conjunction with the 31st Consumer Fair and Trade Expo, the event was inaugurated at the International Convention Centre in Berakas on the morning of June 25th.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the inauguration was led by Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abdul Hamid, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy. The Royal Thai Embassy, which has been an official partner of the Consumer Fair, has been organizing the Thailand Grand Fair since 2009. The event is known for offering a wide range of Thai merchandise and delicacies to attendees. Her Excellency Boosara Kanchanalai, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to Brunei, was also in attendance at the fair.
