Bandar seri begawan: The possibility of water disruption and low pressure is currently affecting Kampung Serdang, Kampung Sungai Matan, Kampung Sungai Bunga, Kampung Sungai Belukut, Kampung Sungai Besar, Kampung Mentiri, Kampung Perpindahan Mentiri, Kampung Sungai Buloh, and surrounding areas.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the Public Works Department, Ministry of Development, has informed that investigation works are being carried out along the water pipeline towards the Mengkubau SR Water Tank. The investigation aims to identify the cause of the disruption affecting the water supply in the mentioned areas.
In response to the ongoing situation, blue tanks have been allocated at strategic locations including Serdang Mosque, Sungai Besar Mosque, Sungai Buloh Mosque, and the Kampung Mentiri National Housing Community Hall car park. These allocations are intended to provide temporary relief to the residents facing water disruptions.
