Jalan Utama Salambigar: Donating blood should be done voluntarily without seeking any reward. Thus, it is hoped that blood donation campaigns will raise public awareness and understanding that blood donation helps to save the lives of patients in need. On 8th April morning, a campaign was held at a shopping complex in Jalan Utama Salambigar.
According to Radio Television Brunei, 46 pints of blood were collected. The campaign will continue on 9th April at Gadong Properties Centre starting from 10 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon. During the campaign, the public is encouraged to make a slot reservation through the Bloodkad application. Meanwhile, the Blood Donation Centre, Department of Laboratory Services continues to encourage the public to donate blood during the blood donation campaigns or go directly to the Blood Donation Centre at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital during office hours.
