Bandar Seri Begawan: The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, along with its various departments, organized a Mass Sunat Hajat Prayer, complemented by the reading of Special Doa for Health and Well-Being, followed by the Mass Fardhu Asar Prayer at prominent mosques in all districts of the nation.
According to Radio Television Brunei, in the Brunei Muara District, the Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah at Kampung Kiarong served as the primary venue. The event was graced by the presence of Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. In the Tutong District, the Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque in Tutong Town hosted the ceremony with Awang Haji Zakaria bin Haji Serudin, the Permanent Secretary for Youth at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, in attendance.
The RPN Kampung Pandan Mosque was the chosen location in the Belait District, attended by Pengiran Haji Mohd Hasnan bin Pengiran Haji Ali Hassan, Permanent Secretary for Culture at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. Meanwhile, in the Temburong District, the event unfolded at the Utama Mohammad Salleh Mosque in Bangar Town, where Doctor Haji Muhammad Hadi bin Muhammad Melayong, Head of the Brunei History Centre, was present.
