The National Anti-Corruption Commission visited the transport area of ??Sing Buri Province to inspect the condition of vehicles and examine the vehicle data documents of Shinbut Tour. It was found that permission had been requested to install 6 gas tanks, but an additional 5 tanks were installed, making a total of 11 tanks. Five buses of Shinbut Tour gradually entered the Singburi Transport Department for inspection. The first bus, license plate number 30-0412, owned by Mr. Jirapat, was found to have 11 gas tanks installed. Four gas tanks were installed at the back of the bus, one in the middle, and six at the back. The tour bus was a half-decker bus. The seats were quite old. There was one fire extinguisher at the front door and one at the middle door. There was a window breaker hanging at the emergency door at the back of the bus. The emergency door could not be opened. The other car, license plate 30-0357 Singburi, owned by Ms. Kanitha, is in the same condition, with traces of the seat being removed at the emergency door. Transport officials in Singburi Province said that they used spray paint on the windshield, saying that it should not be used because it did not pass the inspection. As for the other cars that are not Ms. Panisara's, if they are modified to meet the standards, they will be able to be used normally. But the car that belongs to Ms. Panisara cannot be used anymore because the license has been revoked. Mr. Suksan Prasara-ae, Director of the Office of Investigation and Special Affairs of the NACC, and his team inspected the vehicle and found that the vehicle was first registered in 1970 at the Transport Department in Singburi Province. It is 53 years old and has had a new body and engine. It was also found that Shinbut Tour buses had requested permission to install only 6 gas tanks, but had installed 5 more, making it 11 tanks. It must be checked whether the installation of the gas tanks was certified by an engineer. Inspecting the unlicensed gas tank removal garage of 'Shinbut Tour' In addi tion, reporters went to the garage in Kok Kruat Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, which is the place where 5 Shinbut Tour buses were parked to remove the CNG gas tanks before being inspected by police officers and officers from the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Transport Office and were able to stop them in time before dismantling the gas tanks. Later, transport officers brought the 5 buses to be inspected at the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Transport Office yesterday evening (October 3). From the inspection of the garage, it was found that there were no nameplates. Inside, 2 buses were found abandoned with no one in the garage. In addition, in front of the garage, 6 CNG gas tanks were found abandoned. From checking the documents attached to 3 of the 6 tanks, the license plate number on the documents was 30-0411 Sing Buri. The documents stated that Ms. Panisara was the owner of the car, one of the 5 cars that were smuggled to have the gas tanks removed before being taken to Lop Buri Pr ovince for inspection as scheduled. As for the other 3 tanks, it could not be determined which car they came from because the documents were scraped and destroyed, making it impossible. Around the area, scrap metal that looks like beams used to lock gas tanks and gas tank straps were also found scattered. Near where the gas tanks were left, red car seats with flower designs were found, which matched one of the five cars. Nearby, another pair of car seats were found that had been removed and left, and there was a pair of seats with the label "Chinbut Tour" on the back. The reason they were removed was probably because they wanted to remove the gas tanks from the car. The reporter then went to the Kok Kruat Subdistrict Municipality, which is responsible for the area where the garage is located, to check whether it has been registered and paid taxes. From searching the information, it was also found that the garage in question has a permit to open as a car park, with Mr. Jiravat as the owner, and has not reque sted permission to open as a garage in any way. It was also found that the garage had applied for a building permit in 2013 and applied for a house number in 2014, requesting permission to use it as a parking garage. It has paid land and building taxes every year as an individual and has not paid taxes or applied for registration for a business that is harmful to health according to the Public Health Act.
